Community, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
DEI Statement
We are committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve. Our differences in backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are what enable us to innovate and better serve our customers. We strive to promote an environment where everyone can participate, thrive, and reach their full potential. This commitment is woven into our company culture and business practices through ongoing education, accountability, and transparency. We know that diversity, equity, and inclusion are an ongoing journey, not a destination, so we aim to continuously listen, learn, and improve to advance equal opportunity and justice for all.

Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that the land on which we are headquartered is the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Cherokee, Shawnee, and Yuchi peoples, as well as other Indigenous groups who have stewarded this land throughout generations. We honor and respect the enduring relationship that exists between Indigenous Peoples and their traditional territories. We are mindful of the history that has affected Native Nations and acknowledge the resilience, wisdom, and presence of Indigenous communities in this region and beyond. In recognition of this history and the contributions of Indigenous Peoples, we commit ourselves to support Indigenous sovereignty, cultural preservation, and the respectful acknowledgment of Indigenous knowledge and voices.

Page One Global Initiatives
Whether you’re a client, partner, or future team member, we invite you to join us on our journey to make a lasting impact. Together, we can create a world where community, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.
At the core of our sustainability efforts lies our Tree Stewardship Program. We recognize the significance of offsetting our carbon footprint and actively contributing to our planet’s health. By planting trees in areas where they’re most needed, we’re not only reducing carbon emissions but also nurturing biodiversity and supporting local ecosystems.
Trees are nature’s superheroes, absorbing carbon dioxide, providing oxygen, and fostering biodiversity. Through partnerships with dedicated reforestation organizations, we’re making a meaningful impact by growing forests where they’re needed most.
With each tree planted, we’re not only reducing carbon emissions but also creating habitats for wildlife, enhancing air quality, and promoting biodiversity. It’s a win-win for the environment and future generations.
Join us in this crucial initiative as we strive to be #MorePowerfulTogether.
At Page One, we are committed to the pursuit of truth and justice. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Justice for Change, a program designed to address social and racial injustice head-on. With Justice for Change, we’re leveraging the power of Relativity and our ecosystem to make a tangible difference in our communities.
Our goal is simple: to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need to uncover truth and promote fairness. Through cutting-edge technology and collaborative efforts, we empower individuals and organizations to organize data, discover truth, and take meaningful action.
Every partnership, every case, and every person involved in Justice for Change tells a powerful story of resilience and hope. We are proud to stand alongside our incredible partners as we work tirelessly to combat injustice and advocate for lasting change.

Why Include a Land Acknowledgement on Our Website?
Incorporating a land acknowledgment on our website is a meaningful step in recognizing our responsibility as a company to honor Indigenous communities and the history of the land on which we operate. It’s a reminder to ourselves, our clients, and our partners that we are part of a broader community with deep-rooted histories and enduring relationships with the land. Here’s why this acknowledgment is important:
A land acknowledgment is a gesture of respect and an opportunity to recognize the Indigenous Peoples who have stewarded this land for generations. By including it, we show that we are mindful of the histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous communities and that we honor the relationships that continue to exist between Indigenous Peoples and their ancestral territories.
Page One, Inc. is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within our company and beyond. A land acknowledgment aligns with these values by acknowledging the impact on Indigenous communities. It reinforces our commitment to equity and social justice, demonstrating that we strive to recognize all communities meaningfully.
Including a land acknowledgment encourages learning and awareness within our team and our client base. It reminds to consider our role in supporting Indigenous sovereignty and rights.
As a company that values community, our acknowledgment encourages reflection and engagement with Indigenous communities and causes.
