He is particularly experienced in helping organizations address complex regulatory, compliance, and cross-border matters while aligning legal workflows with broader business objectives.

 

Throughout his career, Warren has served in senior leadership and advisory roles across the legal services industry, partnering with organizations in the pharmaceutical, financial services, life sciences, and energy sectors. He is known for translating complex legal and technical challenges into scalable, defensible solutions that deliver measurable business value.

 

Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Fairfield University and a Program Certification in Digital Transformation from UC Berkeley Executive Education. He is also pursuing advanced certifications in Artificial Intelligence focused on consulting, architecture, implementation, and data science.
