Award-winning vehicle forensics expert joins Page One as Senior Digital Forensics Consultant, expanding the company’s advanced forensic capabilities in New York.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — August 28, 2026— Page One, a leading provider of eDiscovery, digital forensics, investigations, and litigation support services, today announced the addition of Jeffrey Lehn as Senior Digital Forensics Consultant. Based in Long Island, New York, Lehn brings decades of investigative and technical experience to Page One’s growing digital forensics team, including specialized expertise in vehicle forensics, advanced data recovery, embedded systems, and IoT devices.
Lehn joins Page One following a 20-year career with the New York City Police Department, where his work focused on extracting and interpreting digital evidence from complex data sources, including IoT and automobile infotainment systems. His expertise with these sources has allowed him to access data, particularly in situations where traditional commercial forensic tools provide limited or no support.
A recognized leader, and a court designated expert, in vehicle forensics, Lehn was named the 2023 Berla Investigator of the Year for his contributions to the field. He has conducted hundreds of forensic acquisitions using advanced techniques including chip-off analysis, micro-soldering, and In-System Programming (ISP), recovering and translating complex technical data into evidence that can be clearly understood and defensibly presented.
During his tenure with the NYPD, Lehn created and served as lead architect of the department’s flagship Vehicle Forensics Unit. He oversaw the end-to-end design of the laboratory, from hardware specifications and forensic workflows to the development of standard operating procedures governing the acquisition and preservation of digital evidence.

Lehn also brings significant experience at the intersection of forensic technology and the legal system. He is a New York State Licensed Independent Adjuster and qualified Expert Witness, has authored more than 100 expert affidavits, and has provided trial testimony in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and New York State Supreme Courts.
In addition to his investigative work, Lehn has built an extensive career as a technical educator. He has trained more than 4,000 investigators worldwide and previously served as Director of the NYPD Auto Crime School. In that role, he oversaw technical training for NYPD personnel as well as students from 44 external agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, Homeland Security Investigations, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, along with international participants from Jordan, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.
Lehn’s addition further expands Page One’s digital forensics and investigative capabilities in New York and strengthens the company’s ability to address increasingly complex sources of digital evidence.
